  1. THE CRITERIA
    1. All  crew are Indonesian citizen
    2. Good Physical and mental health
    3. Age between 20 to 35 years old for ratings
    4. Age between 22 to 45 years old for officers.
    5. Age between 19-35 years for restaurant, kitchen and hotel staff.
    6. Up or equal to diploma high school graduation level of restaurant, kitchen and hotel staff.
    7. Minimum 3 ( three ) years experience on the cruise ship and five star hotels or restaurant
    8. Up or equal to high school graduation level for Ratings
    9. Minimum 3 ( three ) years experience on board
    10. Up or equal to Merchant Marine academy or university graduation level for officers.
  1. APPLICATION
    1. The company principal in entering into agreement here by recognizes DHIKA MENTARI PT. The sole bargaining agent for Indonesian seafarers employed on board tall vessel owned or operated by the company requires.
    2. Seafarers shall be in possession of valid documents retained by the Master on board vessel during the course of employment.
  1. DURATION OF EMPLOYMENT

    The seafarer will be engaged by company for a period of 9 (nine) month which period may be extended to 12 (twelve) months or reduce to 9 (nine) months for operational convenience,
    effective on the date of signing  the individual working contract,  We are flexible to expect ship duration of employment.
  1. WAGES

    The seafarers employed by the company will be paid a monthly wages and overtime in accordance with their ranks as stipulated in wages scale of your company/ ship.
  1. LEAVEPAY
    1. The seafarer shall receive 6 ( six ) day leave pay a month at the seafarer basic wage rate.
    2. Such leave pay shall be accumulated during validity of the contract and be paid to the seafarer at the time of termination / sign off.
  1. INSURANCE 

    The company will responsible, as condition of employment, arrange insurance for its liabilities forwards seafarers serving under agreement regard to:
    • Crew effect
    • Personal accident
    • Loss of life / death in service

 

  1. DECK OFFICER
    Deck officers will certify with legal document such as :
    1. Certificate of Competency
    2. Certificate of Endorsement with Remarks of GOC / GMDSS on the additional qualifications.
    3. Basic Safety Training
    4. Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boat
    5. Advance Fire Fighting
    6. Crisis Management
    7. Crowd Management
    8. Medical First aid
    9. Medical Care on Board
    10. Tanker Familiarization
    11. Oil Tanker
    12. Chemical Tanker
    13. Liquid Gas Tanker
    14. Radar Simulator
    15. Arpa Simulator
    16. Global Maritime Distress & Safety System
    17. General Operator Certificate
    18. International Safety Management Code
    19. Ship Security Officer
    20. Bridge Resource Team Management
    21. Passport
    22. Seamen’s Book

 

  1. ENGINEER OFFICER
    Engine officers will certify with legal document such as:
    1. Certificate of Competency
